It’s a sobering episode of We Only Look Thin (because it’s about alcohol, get it?). Alcohol can be a real stumbling block when trying to achieve our weight loss and fitness goals. The calories from the drinks themselves coupled with the effect that alcohol can lead to overeating can be a one-two punch on our weight loss adventure.
