In the first of a two-part series, Catherine and Donald talk about an article from Mango Health that discusses negative thought patterns and the couple make it very clear that it’s “mango the fruit” and not “Mango” the character from Saturday Night Live. You dig out negative pathways in your brain in the same way that water dug out the Grand Canyon. Just because we believe something about ourselves doesn’t mean that it’s true. The Tip of the Week (TOW!) is to let exercise flexibility be your friend. The Product of the Week (POW!) is Halo Top. Also, it turns out that your “can” is your glutes, Terminators attached Target, Donald’s getting gains, and We Only Look Thin are not zoned for monkeys.
