Although not usually associated with the holidays, the great Salt-N-Pepa taught us that we could push it. Push it real good. But what if the “it” that’s being pushed, is food? It’s almost inevitable that we’ll encounter food pushers sometimes and during the holidays the chances are even higher. Armed with phrases like, “C’mon, just have one” or “Go on, it’s the holidays”, these food pushers can be quite persuasive. This week, Catherine and Donald talk about ways to deal with food pushers which include the terrifying option of standing up for yourself.
