Episode 03 – This week we focus on Donald’s lifetime of bad habits, his struggle with never feeling full, his yo-yo dieting, and the fact that he can’t successfully use an actual Yo-Yo. We talk about how, a few years ago, he had completely given and how that lead to a type 2 diabetes diagnosis. By making slow, sustainable changes, he was able to lose over 100 pounds and get his blood sugar back to normal. A true inspiration to us all. He’s not writing this either.
