Some want to jam in as many calories as possible while others use the one holiday meal as an excuse to give up on their health and fitness goals all together. This week, Catherine and Donald ask you to “give T.H.A.N.K.S” instead. The couple give some of their favorite strategies for heading into Thanksgiving so that you don’t regret your choices. Plus, Donald has more trouble pluralizing words, Catherine adds “Uptown Girl” to her resume, and sometimes the universe just sends you the letter “P”.
