A lot of people have the idea that they will get to a certain place in their weight loss and fitness journey, and then put themselves on cruise control and it will just be smooth sailing for the rest of their lives (enjoy the mixed metaphor/pun). It turns out that it’s not that simple. People don’t get magically fixed and suddenly shed all the circumstances that led to their health and fitness issues in the first place. Life gets in the way no one’s weight loss and fitness adventure is a straight line. Plus, Catherine would rather just be normally-stitious, Donald reels into madness, and no one knows what nautical people do.
